Preparations for an Exhibition

 

筹备展会

 

 

A: Do you have any questions about the exhibition next month?

 

A：你对下个月的展会有什么疑问吗？

 

 

B: Who is going?

 

B：都有谁去？

 

 

A: Everyone from the marketing team will go for a day or two, but I’d like you to be there for the entire four days.

 

A：销售团队的每个人都会去一两天，但我希望这4天整，你都待在那儿。

 

 

B: Are the handouts prepared yet?

 

B：传单准备好了吗？

 

 

A: Yes, we have 2000 copies of the handouts in boxes in the storage room.

B: How big is the booth?

A: It’s the same size as the booth we had at the Exhibition we had in Belfast last year.

B: That’s a good size. How much time will we have to set up the booth before the event starts?

A: We’re allowed into the exhibition centre the night before it begins, so I think we’ll have about four hours.

B: Will we have any free time to look at the other exhibitions and to go to the presentations?

A: Yes, I’ve scheduled in some free time for everyone to do that. It will be a good opportunity for us all to learn more about our competitors.
