B: I do. I am concerned about the suppliers. I do not believe they can guarantee to meet our quality standards.

A: Really? Why is that?

B: After reviewing their work, it is clear that our requirements are not being met.

B: That might help. I think that we also need to put our own quality control inspector on the project to ensure that their work reaches our high standards.

A: That sounds sensible. Let’s set up a meeting to discuss our requirements and then talk to HR about getting an inspector on the case. We can then give them a three-month trial period to clean up their act.
