尊敬的扎埃夫总理、菲利普切部长，
女士们，先生们：

Your Excellency Prime Minister Zaev, Minister Filipce,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good afternoon!
很高兴应扎埃夫总理的邀请来到桑丹斯基医疗中心，我们看到20万剂中国疫苗正助力北马开展大规模接种，扎埃夫总理刚刚接种了中国疫苗，这是中北马友好关系的又一例证，展现了北马方对中国疫苗的充分信任，体现了中国积极支持北马抗疫、共同护佑生命的良好意愿！
It is a pleasure to be here at the Polyclinic Jane Sandanski at the invitation of Prime Minister Zaev. We are glad to witness that 200,000 doses of Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccines are helping North Macedonia to carry out mass vaccination. And Prime Minister Zaev has just been vaccinated with the Sinopharm vaccine, which is another example of the friendly relations between China and North Macedonia, demonstrating the full confidence of the Macedonian side in the Chinese vaccine and reflecting China’s goodwill to actively support North Macedonia in the fight against the epidemic and to protect the lives together!
前不久，习近平主席和扎埃夫总理及其他参与方领导人，共同出席中国—中东欧国家领导人峰会，为合作机制发展作出重要规划和引领，也有力推动中国同北马等中东欧国家开展抗疫合作。尽管目前中国国内对疫苗需求量巨大，但中方仍克服困难，向北马等有需要的国家提供支持，携手构建人类命运共同体。
Not long ago, President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Zaev, together with other leaders, attended the China-CEEC Summit by video link, which provided important planning and leadership for the development of the cooperation mechanism, and also gave a strong impetus to China's cooperation with North Macedonia and other Central and Eastern European countries in the fight against the epidemic. Despite the current huge domestic demand for vaccines, China has overcome difficulties and provided support to North Macedonia and other countries in need, with a view of working together to build a community of shared future for mankind.
疫苗是战胜疫情的有力武器，各方应加强疫苗国际合作，不让一个有需要的国家被落下，也不让任何等待疫苗的人被遗忘。中方愿继续同北马深化务实交流，携手抗击疫情，共促经济复苏，更好造福两国和两国人民。
Vaccine is a powerful weapon to overcome the epidemic, and all parties should strengthen international cooperation on vaccines so that no country in need is left behind. And no one waiting for a vaccine is forgotten. China is willing to continue to deepen practical exchanges with North Macedonia, work together to fight the epidemic and promote economic recovery for the benefit of both our countries and peoples.
