②后面常接用with。

【2】in compliance with依从，按照

 

①多在句中引导状语。

【例】In compliance with your wishes, we are sending you herewith additional copies of price-list.按照你方希望，现随函赠送价格表数份。

 

②也可用以引导表语。

【例】In general, our quotation is in compliance with [in line with] the present level.

总的说来，我方报价符合当前市场价格水平。

 

③compliance前可加修饰语。

【例】The order shall be fulfilled in strict compliance with the time, quality and quantity as agreed upon by us.

必须严格按双方所同意的时间、品质和数量进行交货。
