特向你方说明，除非你方采取具体措施解决此事，而不只是空口保证，我方将不得不向你方提出索赔。

 

③下例中过去分词clarified用作介词with的宾语issue的补语。

【例】With this issue clarified, we can proceed to fresh business now.

由于这个问题得到澄清，我们现在可以进行新的业务了。
