【例】We give a discount of 20% for up to 100 cases, 25% beyond.

①用作名词

②注意句中的介词

【例】The buyer made a bid at £500 per ton CFR London for walnut meat.

③卖方报价（offer）时，买方还价可说成counter-offer或counter-bid，或简称bid。

【例】As your price was too high, we made a counter-bid at £1000 per ton.

常与invite配合使用
