In view of the recent unfortunate accident involving a visitor to our premises, would like to remind you about our health and safety policy.

For security reasons, if you see someone you do not recognise wandering around the building unaccompanied, do not be afraid to ask questions. Ask politely why he or she is here, which member of staff they are visiting, and if that person knows the visitor has arrived.

All MG International employees have a responsibility to take reasonable care of themselves and others and to ensure a healthy and safe workplace. If you notice any hazard or potential hazard, please inform the Health and Safety Manager, John White, who will investigate the issue immediately.

I am attaching the company’s health and safety policy. Please take a few minutes to read it through to remind yourself of the main points.
